We’ll begin with the tranquil energy of winter. Through calming yoga poses and mindful breathing, we'll encourage inner stillness, helping you let go of the past and make space for fresh beginnings. We’ll also do some gentle but more invigorating yoga sequences . This part of the workshop invites you to reconnect with a sense of growth and renewal, and to set intentions in harmony with yourself for the year ahead.
We’ll finish with a guided meditation and some time for journaling prompts followed by a gorgeous light lunch.
