Split into two intimate groups you will:
Enjoy a scenic 5km around the beautiful village of Marden before resetting the body, mind and soul with a cool dip and finishing with a relaxing yoga session.
(Order may vary depending on group)
You will leave feeling fresh, restored and connected.
This event is suitable for beginners, you don’t need a background in yoga to attend.

What you will need:
Arrive in clothes which you feel comfortable in and allow for movement. (Suitable for a 5km run and yoga)
A swimming costume and towel
A change of clothes if necessary. (If you would like a fresh set of clothes for the yoga session esp if muddy or run bring them along)
