Our Hatha Flow Yoga class is designed to nurture both beginners and improvers on their journey to well-being. We create a supportive environment where you can explore the foundations of yoga while advancing your practice.

With a focus on foundational postures and mindful transitions, beginners will build a solid yoga base, while improvers will discover opportunities to deepen their practice.
