For ages 10-14
£50 for 5 weeks (no class on bank holiday)
or £10 drop in (you must book by emailing sally@growan.co)
A 30 minute movement class following by a sharing circle
A chance for girls to take a pause, move their bodies and learn to feel good about who they are
To share their feelings in a safe place with new friends
