Week 2 of 6

A class aimed at beginners and improvers but all welcome.

Sally is currently in 200hrs training for Hatha and Restorative Yoga at the highly regarded Bristol School of Yoga.

This class will be a Hatha class with some lovely restorative poses at the end.

This first week we will work on feeling stable and working on our foundation...

This class will be 60 mins of gentle yoga with the following aims:

Help you feel more confident in moving your body into yoga poses

Introduce some elements of movement alongside breath work

Introducing some of the concepts of Yoga
