With @hormonalyogi - Rhi, a vinyasa based class offering a gentle and mindful flow, connecting breath with movement before settling the mind and body into a yoga nidra.
This is a restful meditation creating a sleep-like state of consciousness, shown to reduce stress levels and rejuvenate the body.
With the use of props, the body will be supported to find alignment, and to build strength and flexibility.
This class is accessible to all and intended to ease stress and tension, calling mind and body back into balance.
