This intimate wellbeing camping retreat will be hosted in the beautiful English countryside in Hereford combining yoga, breathwork, gong baths and drum & bass aerobics.

The weekend will be hosted by siblings Mark & Emma at Growan, a unique self contained camping base equipped with a yoga studio, outdoor barn, fire pit, showers, compost loo’s and even hammocks. With an indulgent vegetarian menu, courtesy of Growan, all you need to do is pitch up your tent or bring your van and dedicate the weekend to recreational wellbeing.

Mark aka Tuned in Sound will be lulling you into effortless meditation through gong baths, and elevating your energetic vibrations through breathwork sessions. 

Emma from drumnbounce will be facilitating movement classes offering flow yoga and drum & bass aerobics. And there will be lots of other delights along the way as well as time to lie back in a hammock, chill out and read in the yoga studio or stroll down to the local river.
